Depot Commons is share housing for single parents. Must be a Family In order to qualify. Households must be within the 50% Income Limits and must meet Occupancy Standards. Preference will be given to applicants who are, or could potentially be, employed at nearby facilities through job-training or entry-level employment programs. Applicants must pass a TWO PART application process that includes Income and Program Eligibility and Case Management by Catholic Charities.

Depot Commons is funded by the HCD-Family Home Demonstration Program and County HOME.

12 one-bedroom apartments with private bath.  All other common areas are shared with three other households.

Go Kids, Inc, a nonprofit, leases the on-site daycare space while Catholic Charities provides case management.

Depot Commons offer alternative-housing opportunities through an innovation shared-housing concept.  A cluster of four homes provides housing for twelve small families. Each of the families has its own private bath and bedroom. The remaining space includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, and study that are shared by all the families. This is an apartment setting for households who are in transition.
