Households must provide income verification and be within the 40%, 50% and 60% Income Limits TCAC. Priority will be given to active Farm Worker households.  First priority will be given to active farm workers that meet very low Income Limits. Households must meet Occupancy Standards and must provide Proof of Citizenship or Legal Residency for the USDA units only.    Households consisting of all full-time students may not qualify.

Nuevo Amanecer Apartments is a USDA development designed for farmworker households.  26 units are funded by TCAC.  Rental assistance is available for a limited number of units.  Rents are based on 30% of the resident’s adjusted income for 21 of 26 USDA units.
