Monterra Village has a project’s average income level of 35% AMI which means that the total average income level of all the tenants occupying these units (34) must not exceed 35% of AMI.  South County Property Management will determine if the project’s average income level exceeds the 35% AMI at each rent up of a vacant unit.  Households must be within the 35% Income Limits TCAC and must meet Occupancy Standards. For 28 units, preference will be given only to applicants who are Farm Workers/agricultural workers.  For 5 HOME-funded units that do not have the farm worker preference.  Each household member must complete a Race & Ethnicity Form. Households consisting of all full-time students may not qualify.
