The 52 apartments in the Monticelli complex serve both families and seniors.  Half of the units are located in the one-story senior apartment building, while the other half are located in the two-story, townhouse style, family-apartment building.  The seniors and families each have a community room in their respective buildings.  This complex is part of the 373-unit Los Arroyos neighborhood, built by South County Housing.  In the center of the neighborhood is a childcare center and park available for use by the residents of Monticelli.
