Applicants must be a homeless Family or a Family at risk of being homeless and must meet Occupancy Standards. Households must be within the 20%, 25%, 30%, 35% or 50% Income Limits.For 17 units, women with children must be within the 20% Income Limits.For 44 units, households must meet the Special Needs definition.Residents must participate in case management program during their two-year tenancy. There is a zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy.
Rental Assistance Type:
County HOME, EHAP, TCAC, MHP. For 17 units, rents are based on 30% of household’s adjusted income. 15 units are Project Based Assisted units through the Santa Clara County Housing Authority.
