For Home Ownership Programs complete our Interest Form (PDF) (Word) or apply in-person at South County Housing 16500 Monterey Rd. #120, Morgan Hill, CA  95037 during regular business hours (M-F 8:30 – 5:00). 

Our staff, who speaks English and Spanish, will contact you to discuss your unique housing needs.  Your name is placed in a database according to your interest in specific communities.  When homes become available for sale, you will be mailed an application packet.  We do not charge a fee to place your name on the Interest List.

If you wish to purchase a home, you need a good credit score. We offer the workshops and homebuyer events to assist people interested in becoming home owners.
